CO.EN.CO. S.r.l is a young and dynamic company that offers services to businesses in various fields (engineering, consultancy, tests and inspections, training) and sectors (naval, industrial, services).
The company was founded in 1994 from the experience of its founder Agostino Esposito , a naval engineer who, starting as an officer of merchant ships and after a long experience gained in the construction and repair of merchant and military ships, moved on to manage the exclusive office of Bureau Veritas of Naples which he himself established in 1982 in this city, contributing substantially to the subsequent development in the Central/Southern Italy area of the control and testing activities in the naval, industrial and civil fields of this Classification and Certification Body .

Agostino, a naval engineer, began his work experience as an officer of the Merchant Navy on ships of the "Società Italia di Navigazione", he continued as an employee of the "Cantieri Navali Riuniti" of Genoa where he dealt with the construction and repair of merchant and military ships at the shipyards in Genoa and Muggiano. After a long period in Bureau Veritas as a naval and industrial surveyor and director of the Naples office, in 1994 he decided to set up his own business and founded CO.EN.CO. s.a.s.
Thanks to the experience gained in the various sectors, Agostino acquires a significant number of customers and, with the help of talented and trusted collaborators, manages to extend its range of action to the whole of Central/Southern Italy. Subsequently, in 2010, with the opening of the Livorno branch of CO.EN.CO. sas lays the foundations for further development in the Central/Northern Italy area.
Luigi , naval engineer, General Manager of CO.EN.CO since 2012, boasts fifteen years of experience in the sector, eight of which spent working for the Azimut Benetti shipyard in Viareggio. Graduated in naval engineering, his experience comes from shipyards, metal structures and industries operating onshore and offshore. He spent several years working in the fitting-out of the Benetti shipyard in Viareggio (LU), working as an operational committee alongside the workers and contracting companies. Through his studies and experiences, Luigi has acquired important technical-managerial skills and is currently one of the leading experts in materials technology, construction and organizational construction techniques, control and testing of equipment and machinery.
Monica , since 2012, has been dealing with the administration, accounting and back office part of the Company with dedication and competence, as well as planning interventions.
Luca, in CO.EN.CO S.r.l since 2015, is the most expert technician in the field of pleasure boat systems and quality controls.
